A Bit About Me
I’m passionate about helping social impact organizations scale their impact in a sustainable and equitable way. I believe that social impact organizations have the power to improve wellbeing and create positive outcomes for underserved communities in the US and around the world. My strengths lie in community engagement, social impact consulting, and qualitative research.
As a first-generation Latina woman from a low-income household, I am a bridge between communities, people, and cultures. As someone who has also worked on social impact projects in Latin America, I consider myself a global citizen with the responsibility to keep making the world a better place. My professional experiences, cultural background, and native Spanish skills have enabled me to collaborate with cross-functional teams across a wide range of disciplines. Through my experiences, I’ve learned to be an adaptable, resourceful, and creative problem-solver. I hope to continue growing as a Program Manager and become a future community leader that ensures everyone has fair and equitable opportunities to thrive.
